les sauvages will be a series of dinners created in the summer of 2011 by justin basye. hosted along with peter jahnke the idea was to make these dinners a collaborative effort with other chefs in houston. we will be using local artisans to supply our foods as best we can and all the dinners will be BYOB. some dinners will be just me and pete cooking but most will have a guest chef! listed below are some of the chefs that will be joining us over the next few months:
